Flame Link deliberately produces real fire and extreme heat at the exhaust. Used carelessly it can cause burns, property damage, or fire — including to your own vehicle. Read this before you buy, install, or use the kit. By purchasing, installing, or using Flame Link you accept the terms below.
Flame Link is sold strictly for show, exhibition, off-road and closed-course use on private property or at sanctioned events, by adults. It is not intended or sold for use on public roads. Producing flames in public places may be unlawful and dangerous. You are solely responsible for using the kit lawfully and only where it is permitted.
Throwing exhaust flames is inherently dangerous. Fire and high temperatures can cause serious injury, death, or damage to property and vehicles. By buying, installing or using Flame Link, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from it.

Failing to follow these voids any warranty and places all responsibility on you.
We warrant the supplied electronic and fuel-delivery parts against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Our sole obligation is, at our discretion, to repair or replace a part we determine to be defective. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, improper installation, modification, normal wear, or any use outside these terms.
Except for the limited warranty above, Flame Link is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CM Performance and its owners shall not be liable for any accident, fire, property damage, vehicle damage, injury, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from the kit or its use, whether from a defect or otherwise. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.
By purchasing, installing or using Flame Link, you release CM Performance from all claims arising from its use, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising from your installation or use of the kit.
You are responsible for ensuring that your possession and use of the kit comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these terms grants permission to break the law.
Purchasing, installing or using Flame Link confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy, install or use the kit.
